Our goal is to inspire new thinking by combining technology and tradition and to succeed in becoming a self-sufficient farm without the expense of animal welfare or depletion of nature.

Resta gård is a classic animal farm with the goal to work with modern methods, focusing on the animal welfare and people’s health, without harming the environment. The farm has a small production of meat, dairy and vegetables and a wide range of animals such as dairy cows, beef cows, outdoor pigs, sheep with lambs, chickens & hens and ducks.

In our shop, located on the farm, we offer a wide range of products that are made from scratch without any additives, as well as an espresso café with homemade pastries and sandwiches.     At Resta Farm you can wander around among the farm animals that have been outside all year round. Pullets, lambs and calves grow up naturally and stay with their mothers until they no longer want to suckle.

    The farm shop with cafe is located a few hundred meters north of the Resta farm itself in an old mill. Everything is sold there from the own detlillamejeriet and charcuterie, beef, pork and lamb, apple must, sheepskins etc. In the espresso bar with the best latte, there is good homemade baking. For those who want to eat more, Belgian waffles, charcuterie sandwiches and the hot lunch of the day, which varies according to season, are offered. 

    At the stables there are dairy cows and calves to look at. In the spring you also meet pigs and sheep with lambs. Later in the season, they are out grazing in the farm&#;s pastures. Next to the stables is a newly created park with vegetable cultivation and an apple orchard. Everywhere guests are welcomed for a lovely walk.
