Alltså, den här champagnen är en ren och skär dröm, bara att kapitulera, fnissa, le som ett fån, bocka och buga med mössan i hand. Här samsas mogna jordgubbar, ljus nougat, nötter, blodgrape och limezest i väldigt ljuv harmoni. Så. Sjukt. Gott!
Perrier-Jouët Blason Brut Rosé, nr , kr
Riktigt elegant och välskräddad kostym här, med fin finess i alla detaljerna. Moussen är krämigt charmig och lite gräddig, och den röda frukten är solmogen och vacker. Samtidigt finns här också en tydligt stenig mineralkänsla och bra skjuts i syran. God idag men kan med fördel sparas ett tag för den som klarar av att hålla fingrarna borta.

Ahh, så gott! Den här pavan bjuder på otroligt mycket bubbelnjut för pengen, med både sval röd frukt, färskpressad citrus och driv i syran. Ambitiöst och alldeles, alldeles…underbart.

Recently, VinePair released our list of the top 25 rosés of Like any list of top wines, we spent a ton of time tasting, discussing, and debating hundreds of potential bottles before settling on the top contenders, and that process brought to light a few interesting trends in the world of pink wine. Firstly, many of the top rosés we tasted came from less-familiar places and varieties, indicating that the French (and Provençal) stranglehold on the category may be loosening. Secondly, a wider range of shades and hues of pink all provided enjoyment, meaning that shopping bygd color alone might not be enough these days.

It’s a great time to drink rosé in America. We came late to the pink wine game, to be sure; for decades the category was dominated by the saccharine blush of White Zinfandel. Now, however, thanks to consumers’ seemingly bottomless thirst for all things pink, beautifully balanced rosés are flooding the market from winemakers around the world.
It took us by surprise. While we’ve come to expect great rosé from, say, Provence, some of our favorites this year hail from Sicily, California, and Bordeaux. We were similarly excited to taste excellent rosés made from Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, and indigenous Italian varieties, in addition to traditional Provencal blends.
